BIWE+ is a campaign that focuses on breaking the myth and stigma that surrounds those who considered themselves as bisexuals or under the umbrella term. Bisexuals experience high rates of being ignored, discriminated against, or rendered invisible by both homosexual and heterosexual communities. The concern for the needs of social services that is dedicated for the bi-community to address the high risk of physical and mental health, poverty, and little funding for bi organizations and programs.
The goal of this campaign is to help familiarize those who may be unsure or confused about what bisexuality is, without shying away from potentially controversial and multi-faceted topics, such as sexuality. In educating the public about what is bisexuality, its aim is to.
